British Fashion Council Installation 2013

An installation for the British Fashion Council during London Fashion Week, this exhibition presents ‘red carpet’ earrings made from 10 emerging designers from precious white palladium. The earrings are displayed on stylised faceted facsimiles of the designers’ heads, made using 360° scanning and 3D-printing techniques, and mounted on asymmetric display plinths within the heritage interior setting of Somerset House.

The 10 designers on show are Alice Cicolini, Fernando Jorge, Hannah Martin, Husam El Odeh, Imogen Belfield, Jo Hayes Ward, Melanie Georgacopoulos, Sophie Bille Brahe, Tomasz Donocik.
